Join Lucia for an introductory presentation on STIs, Stigma, The Media and Care. Following a brief STI 101 lesson, we will delve into STIs in the context of popular media, and as a group we will process and connect the role of stigma and shame to STIs as we know them today. We will conclude by discussing sexual health care in practice and what that can look like for ourselves and those around us. This discussion serves as a conversation starter to a topic many of us feel is taboo!
